Of all the players I found, this one plays MP3s (superb audio quality), has a built-in radio (limited to FM, but comes in clear), and has an upgrade slot expandable to 32gb (microSDHC only). I was interested in a player that played MP3s but was upgradable as well.

What stuck out even more was the price of it. When I first started looking into getting an MP3 player, the one thing that stuck out in front was the iPod.

But, I decided to be careful about what player I went out and bought. I thought I was out of luck until my sister bought a Sansa MP3 player for herself.

That's when I realized the iPod wasn't the only player out there. SanDisk has been good to me and my dad so I looked through their products.

Aside from some minor shortcomings (it plays videos but in a specific format I have yet to figure out), this product was very satisfactory.Some extra info that I found useful was the ability of the player to organize MP3 files according to the built-in information found in most MP3 files.

the fuze is much smaller and fit great in your hand. i had once own a sansa e200, which i had enjoy alot at the time but it was the playing video well ( the sound was poor when playing video) which was the only thing for me that i didn't like. the sroll feels and move much better. But i bought the sansa fuze there was alot of improvement that went into it. For example the when playing videos, the sound is much better (big improvement) the converter convert the video size to a much smaller size so more can fit (the old converter convert to a much larger size). They added same more feature your video size where u can now bookmark them at any point in the video etc. so if u have the e200 sell it and buy this, if u don't have it buy it, its much better than a ipod nano becaue i have a friend who have a zune80GB and wants to buy a fuze after seeing and using mine fuze.

It records really good quality, picks up pretty much any sounds. I got this MP3 player and I love it. The sound quality for listening is good too. It can have videos, pictures, and music. It has an FM radio and you can record. I haven't had any problems with it, and uploading music is easy, too. I would recommend the Sansa Fuze for anyone.

Holds a ton of music, doesn't skip, long battery life. One for me, one for my husband. I did quite a bit of research before buying two of these. Need to charge it via your computer, so order an accessory wall charger if that is a problem for you. Both are used for working out. Excellent MP3 player for running. Otherwise, save your Ipod bucks and buy this excellent little MP3 player. (I also got a great skin and arm band on Amazon that fits it perfectly -- for something like $4 including shipping).

It charges via the USB port. I am very impressed with this compact device. My only complaint at this point is the lack of music loading instructions sold with the unit and the need to go to the Sansa site to obtain them, for a fee. I like the size, especially the slightly thicker construction than other more costly units. The unit is very easy to operate and the battery life seems much longer than any other mp3 player I've owned. This unit should come with very simple software that allows one to simply "rip" a CD to the mp3 player without going through so many steps. We have one of the other more expensive units in our home and the downloading, etc., is much easier and user friendly.
